[and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies] (“Hearo”, “ we” or “us”) collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you access or use our website located at www.tune.fm (the “Site”), and the tune.fm music marketplace service and other online products and services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively with the Site, the “ Service”).

If you choose to purchase JAM Tokens, we (or our designated third-party service providers) will collect payment information from you and any other information you choose to provide. If you participate in any interactive features of the Service, we may collect any information you provide in connection with such participation.

When you access or use our Services, we automatically collect information about you, including:
● Usage Information: We collect information about your use of the Service, such as playlists you create, content you download, and artists you choose to become a fan of.
